  1. Candidates must have a Bachelor Degree in Library Science (BLS), from any recognized university. With at least six (6) years of post-qualification experience.
  2. All candidates must also be a registered member of relevant professional bodies
  3. Candidates should possess Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), and Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree. Having a Master’s degree and a PhD is also necessary.
